Officer Ray Tetsel

Bo was located for the Vancouver Police Department by Von Grunheide GSD. Suzanne owned Bo's brother Buck and when Bo became too much for his owner, Suzanne recommended he be donated to the Vancouver Police. The owner kindly did!
